How are the results recorded?
For multi bets, we use the best fixed price combination at a single bookmaker at the time the tips are sent.
For the other bets, such as Quinellas, Trifectas and Quaddies, we use Best Tote for all pooling products where fixed odds are not available.
As a general rule we recommend taking the multis (fixed odds portion) at time the tips are sent. The Tote-based products (e.g. quinella, trifectas etc) can be taken anytime before the race.
Why are some of the Gold Package tips left out of the Exotics?
Because if you add them all, then the dividends will be smaller (if not negative) by investing your units across too many combinations.
